Looking for a roommate to split the cost of a 2 bedroom townhouse or tower at Park Merced. I am a SFSU student and I am available to start a lease as soon as possible.
I am looking for a person that has a sense of humor, easy going, and enjoys VERY small social gatherings on Friday or Saturday nights (I am respectful if there are midterms or papers or any other reason there shouldn’t be noise.) I am not a party type of guy, but I enjoy just hanging out.
Standard 1st and last month rent, half deposit. Monthly half rent and utilities.
I am a Political Science major. I enjoy photography and graphic design, video games, and just having a good time when school is light.

Student Abroad Looking for Roommates/Housing Options for January

I'm currently studying abroad in Seoul, Korea but I will be returning to Pacific in January. The return was just recently decided upon so I have no housing plans upon returning to Stockton. I've been looking into apartment and house rentals and decided I'd make a listing here on facebook to see if a.) anyone else was looking for a roommate the spring semester or b.) someone had some recommendations for housing for the semester.
I'm cool, I don't smoke, I'm reliable, I'm really involved on campus, and I'm pretty easy going. And I just really need a place to live!
