My name is amber. I will be graduating from Poly next fall. I have a house with three other roommates (males). Two go to cuesta, one of which is in the national Guard. The third is a full time welder in Paso Robles. The house is in Los osos, 1155 15th street. It’s just off south bay drive, that connects you to HWY to go to poly and cuesta( google maps!). My boyfriend and cuesta roommates say it’s a less hassle of a drive to class from this direction then from slo. I am very laid back and clean. I pay all the bills thus am looking for a replacement for the person who has not paid his dues. I get along with everyone, cook and clean as well. Many regard me as older than I am. (22 in Jan). We do not party in this house. I have a rule: no red cups allowed. We drink socially after dinner, but I am a friend of the family that owns the house thus, I intend to take care of it! A little about the house… it's in Daly City off of Southgate, about a 10 minute drive to school. There is a Sams Trans that will take you to the Daly City BART, where you can catch a shuttle to school or the city if you don't drive. The house is four bedroom, two bathroom. There are two living rooms, a dining room and a decent size kitchen. There is one parking spot in the garage, and one in the driveway, as well as plenty of street parking. You'd have your own room, and share a bathroom with the other guy who is living there.
A little about the room mates… Sean is 24, and a Kinesiology major. He played baseball for State and now plays softball on a traveling team, and coaches T-ball. He works at a bar in the city Thurs-Sat nights. Stacy is 19, and a Dietetics major. Stacy works on campus in between and around her classes. She likes baseball games, cooking and wine. I'm Amy, also 19 and a Political Science major. I also work on campus in the College of Science and Engineering. I like reading, reality TV and classic rock.

We need to find a roomie asap since we lost one of them =(. This is a really cheap room especially since a room in Allegre is usually 650ish and the townhouse price altogether is listed as 2500ish.
The apartment has a really nice patio, balcony, a nice kitchen, and has a washer dryer. There is a master which is mine, a bedroom downstairs next to the full bath, another one upstairs (which is the one listed), and a super spacious one which is also upstairs.. However, if you want the big room it is 15x13 that we could arrange for you to have but you would have to pay extra and would switch with with one of the girls.
You'd be living with three other girls and sharing the bathroom with one other person.
We're clean and don't care how disgusting your room may be as long as the common areas are clean. smokers ok as long as you keep it under control, and smoke in either your room or the patio/balcony.

Since it isn't a real room and will have to have a make-shift wall somehow, rent is only $260 a month then 1/3 of the utilities. You'll have access to a closet as well. The apartment is at the Boardwalk (aka: Windsor) literally right next to CSU stanislaus.
